Release day! This ninth podcast of the Elata Series features Serge Taub, an Italian artist based in Berlin.

From the dance floor to the dance floor, Serge Taub is an artist whose sound is characterised by dissonant textures and dynamic, fast-paced rhythms. Involved in production since a young age, his recent releases have caught the attention of renowned names in the underground scene such as MZR, KETCH, MARRØN, NDRX, Koboyo and others.

We discovered Serge Taub's music with his track "Based" released earlier this year on MZR Records, and were immediately mesmerised by the sound he created and his artistic universe. We then reached out to him to start discussing how we could collaborate. Since that day, his music has always been played during Elata and we truly believe he is one of the most talented emerging artists.

Metapattern is also an Ableton certified professor, author of two books, "Secrets Of Techno," and a professional educator for nearly two decades.

We're also thrilled to share  that Metapattern has just released their second album, "Lost Tapes," on the MORD label.
