Recorded birds, water, cracking doors, radio frequencies with modules, recorded a bunch or weird sounds in the hotel room kitchenette because half of the time I was on travel. I used very old recordings from my past launch life.
I used on my intro the UN greetings message from the NASA space probe Voyager “Golden Record” launched in 1977 - a time capsule for potential extraterrestrial civilizations - AND used InSight’s recorded Martian Impact and Mars’s wind sounds - the first outer space robotic explorer to study the deep interior of Mars.

For episode 243, we present a four-hour set from Lorely Mur, recorded on October 5th, 2025, during the second edition of Misa de 7 at Bar Américas.

Raised in Ciudad Juárez, Lorely Mur developed her voice within the city’s early-2000s pressure cooker, a context that shaped the discipline and clarity that run through her work. Her years at Hardpop, one of Mexico’s most emblematic clubs, placed her alongside artists from across the global circuit and grounded her approach to techno in precision and intent.

Now based in Denver, she continues to expand her presence in the global underground while remaining a key reference in Mexican techno. This set reflects that trajectory, one that is direct, deliberate and rooted in experience.

Para el episodio 243, presentamos un set de cuatro horas de Lorely Mur, grabado el 5 de octubre de 2025 durante la segunda edición de Misa de 7 en Bar Américas.

Criada en Ciudad Juárez, Lorely Mur desarrolló su voz dentro del ambiente intenso de la ciudad a principios de los 2000, un contexto que moldeó la disciplina y la claridad que caracterizan su trabajo. Sus años en Hardpop, uno de los clubes más emblemáticos de México, la colocaron junto a artistas de todo el circuito global y consolidaron su enfoque del techno, basado en la precisión y la intención.

Ahora radicada en Denver, continúa expandiendo su presencia en el underground global mientras se mantiene como una figura clave del techno mexicano. Este set refleja ese recorrido: directo, intencional y forjado a través de la experiencia.
