Hailing from the East Midlands, UK and residing in Berlin for the last 8 years, David James Burton aka STRISC. is an Artist, DJ & Label Owner who has been making waves due to a relentless output of no-compromise productions that have garnered him the respect and attention of Techno aficionados and peers alike. 

As a DJ he has held residencies throughout the UK, most notably his own brand Freq! which was instrumental in bringing credible forward thinking electronic Music & Artists to his own city of Derby. Outside of the UK he’s played across Europe & Beyond culminating most recently by opening Techno institution Tresor, Berlin for the Perc Trax label showcase in July 2023. 

His label, the already infamous Pure Hate Trax which has featured artists so far including Slave To Society, Perc, Ryuji Takeuchi, D.Carbone, MDD, Swarm Intelligence, Mickey Nox, EAS, Keepsakes, Gaja, Rebekah & himself STRISC. is fast gaining attention due to its uncompromising releases. 

Whether in a club or his music you can expect to hear STRISC. trademark unique contemporary industrial Techno sound from the start.

Having learnt to play piano and guitar from an early age it wasn't until he hit his teens that electronic music began to influence him so strongly as he continually found new inspirations from different artists across a range of genres, resulting in an urge to experiment making music of his own. March's podcast is mixed by the France based DJ & producer: Hadone (@hadonesector).

Hadone is one of the most interesting new artists in techno, making his way up in quick ascent. Recently he’s been added to the Possession (@intothevalley) family as a resident alongside heavy hitting releases on esteemed labels such as Monnom Black (@monnom-black) and KAOS (@hectoroaks). He’s already set several clubs across the globe alight in the last few months not only as Hadone but also alongside Shlømo (@shl-mo) with their Vipa Diva project.

90s Techno remains his main influence, to which he adds his own touch that we all know. This combination gives us a simple and melancholic result that defines his musical identity, creating his own unique style.
