Echofront is an album that lives in the tension between shadow and radiance, between the ruins of memory and the pulse of the present. The songs unfold as fragments - half-dreamt images of stone, glass, fire, rivers, and neon - stitched into the rhythm of melodic techno. These lyrics trace the outlines of spaces where silence gathers force: cathedrals crumbling under rain, tunnels painted with defiance, rivers carrying ancestral masks, and cities burning into light. Each track is an echo carried forward, a resonance that reveals both fragility and persistence, where every fracture or stain also hints at renewal. The music embraces this ambiguity, weaving deep beats with textures that shimmer, fracture, and reform, as if sound itself were both memory and prophecy.

At the heart of the album is the idea of the echo not as repetition, but as transformation. Echoes blur time, bending it into seams where identity slips, boundaries dissolve, and breath becomes dream. Echofront steps into those seams, letting voices fade and return in altered forms, letting rhythms erode and rebuild, letting light refract into the darkness. The music is neither nostalgic nor utopian, but rather a navigation of thresholds - of endings that carry within them the charge of beginnings, of masks that reveal by concealing, of serpents that coil both danger and desire. In this way, the album moves like a front advancing across shifting terrain: charged with energy, haunted by silence, and always carrying the possibility of becoming something new.

Deep Fried is the duo Persona "Akusuma" & "Chiino".

Ady & Chiino grew up in two separated corners of the world and trascending any cultural border they found the same love, brotherhood and refugy from electronic music, both already ex-member's of musical projects back home: adytia playing acoustic guittar & percusions on a tribal band and carlos playing guittar and singin on alternative rock band gave them the roots and love for music.

Deep fried is a convergence in their reality, delivering the message of "Quality over Quantity" knowing that it is not necessary to be agressive to be strong.

Diese Woche präsentiere ich euch den Athener DJ und Producer Nick Devon von meinen Freunden von Steyoyoke Records aus Berlin. Seit über 20 Jahren hat sich Nick bereits der elektronischen Musik verschrieben. Bereits mit 16 hat er angefangen mit Spielzeug-Pianos und allem was Töne erzeugt Musik zu machen.

Anfangs produzierte Nick drum&bass und Trance, bis er seinen Sound mehr in Richtung Techno weiterentwickelte. Diese vielen verschiedenen Richtungen hört man seinem jetzigen Sound immer wieder an … mal tiefe deepe Bässe, Acid-Lines und trancige Melodien. Nach wie vor ist Nick auch ein Vinyl-Liebhaber und versucht das schwarze Gold in seinen Sets wenn möglich zu integrieren.

2010 hat er sein Soloprojekt ins Leben gerufen und sich stetig weiterentwickelt. 2015 hat er gleich zwei mächtige EP auf Steyoyoke veröffentlich die für Aufsehen gesorgt habe --- „The Poem“ und „Cosmos“… seitdem ist er von Steyoyoke nicht mehr wegzudenken. Auch seine aktuelle EP „Devotion“ überzeugt mit seinem ganz eigenen etwas düsteren Stil.

Für uns hat er einen wunderbar spacigen Podcast eingespielt der an eine Reise zu den Sternen erinnert. Vielen Dank Nikos für deine Mühe und euch da draußen eine wunderbare musikalische Stunde.

The original version showcased Paul’s trademark attention to detail, with layer upon layer of intricate sounds and dubbed out FX evolving into a totally engaging, deeply monstrous groove, and here the German duo, dubbed “ministers of melody”, inject some of their renowned synth-heavy, euphoric fireworks into the proceedings with spectacular results.

Moonwalk kick off 2017 in their usual style, unrolling the first production effort of the year in the form of three original tracks and a collab with label mate Teenage Mutants.

Komet comes in swiftly with a low end throbbing bass, setting a murky mood. The duo apply one of their hallmarks, developing an uplifting winding groove that is equally enveloping as it is relentless, making for a great build-up track.
Recalling a celestial atmosphere, Abstract offers an upbeat tech house exploration featuring alert arpeggiators and an optimistic melody.
Odensa, a coop with Teenage Mutants emerges from the same dark standpoint, laden with earworm synth loops and a sunken bassline. While the combination provides a steady backbone, the groove is leavened by a chordal countermelody that seizes the main focus.

By far the gloomiest track of the bunch, Vite sees Moonwalk and Teenage Mutants join forces and intersect styles in a buzzing banger full of familiar elements. A paced rhythm, rave pads, dubby stabs and subtle kicks craft a relaxed, yet effective build-up. Moonwalk and Teenage Mutants’ knack for deep tech flourishes and synthetic tones finds perfect expressions in this EP, ranging from low to high energy heaters fit for any set time.
