This is a song that Chris wrote and shared with me last spring. We worked on it for several months. Originally, it was just Chris's acoustic guitar and some vocals. To that, I added some mandolin, thinking it would stay that way. However, he was pleasantly surprised when Chris added the entire rhythm section after the fact. I also came up with the high harmony towards the end, too. We always have a lot of fun playing together as our tastes and references are very much aligned. We have been making music together almost since we both joined SoundCloud and found each other there about two years ago. We hope you enjoy listening to this song as much as we enjoyed making it.

Timeless Rock/Popmusic

All songs by The Echoes were composed and texted in the early 1990s. The songs "Much Hope" "No Way too Far" "How long" were recorded in 1992.

The Echoes rocked together from 1989 to 1995.


In 2019 our Drummer Ralf organized the Echoes again. We rocked and played “How long (2019)” and “Crazy Dreams” live in the   Watt Matters Studio in Bielefeld.
2021 records The Echoes "When a Blind Man Cries (Coverversion). The keyboardist Helmut sings the song. 2021 records The Echoes "Falling into Times (The Second) Vocals: Achim and Ralf


Falling into Times (Instrumental) was recorded live by The Echoes with electic guitar, keyboard, bass and acustiv drums during a band weekend at Watt Matters Studio in Bielefeld, too.
