Rest in heaven brother Wilkerson, I say it often but he was a one of the last of a dying breed. I thank God for the true watchmen, the ones who spent time alone with God and imitated Him, not what they were taught by another man. This song speaks for itself, I feel heart broken when stepping into a church or hearing some sermons online, like what has it all become? People spend more time talking about everything but God, there's no reverence for the Word of God, the HOLY Word of God. Tell me when Christ and the disciples stood and told jokes or played around when it came to God's Word? Paul said, "I came to you with fear and trembling" in Isaiah 66:2 God said, "These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word" now it's just jokes and laughs. I've heard so many stories from people I've talked to about God who have told me 
they went to church broken looking for a Word from God but left disappointed. Yes, we all fall short sometimes, but please, when it comes to preaching, teaching, or even music pertaining to God's Word, please wield it for what it is, Sacred, Holy. I joke around, make mistakes in my own life but what's God's is God's and what's mine is mine. It's not my Word, it's His. Never forget where you came from when talking to others about God, God brought you out of your sin, to help others who may be struggling with the same sins, not to condemn them to hell but to lift them up and help them along the way, to pray for and encourage them to keep fighting. You can dress up the outside but God knows the filth that's underneath, be transparent about your flaws and failures, remember at the end of the day, it's not about YOUR righteousness, it's about HIS.
