The verses dance between speculation and certainty, suggesting that Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey was a rehearsal, a technological proof of concept for NASA.

Lush orchestration and swirling FX give way to a creeping sense of unease, as the chorus repeats: "Where symbols dance and plans advance." The bridge, steeped in psychedelic dissonance, embodies Kubrick’s supposed torment—an artist trapped in a cosmic lie too grand to escape.

Yet, the song isn’t just about the speculation; it is about the power of music to describe the indescribable. Through layered harmonies and eerie, otherworldly synths, it transforms skepticism into melody, paranoia into rhythm. The very act of writing a song about a faked moon landing becomes an exercise in creative license, demonstrating how artistic expression can manufacture reality as convincingly as a Hollywood set.

In its final notes, "Under A Masonic Moon" is a meditation on the power of music to conjure the impossible. Just as a film can fabricate reality, a song too can blur truth and myth, proving that a melody can be as persuasive as a photograph, and a lyric as deceptive as a doctored reel of film.

In the end, the music fades, leaving only a question. How phat does this sound on a big rig?

M.RUX takes the spacey folk original and expands the premise creating lush tropical terraformations illuminating the dark side of the moon. With sophisticated rhythms and lo-fi pad-stabs this inventive version induces both the familiar and the strange. A perfect take on the supposed landing itself.

Every record has two sides.
And sometimes, it's on the B-side where the most unexpected tracks live — revealing new shades of the same sonic soul.

Guaraci Side B is born just like that — as the flip side of my journey. A new frequency from the same universe.
The record remains the same. The intention, the essence, the spirit guiding it — all still here.
But now, the needle drops into grooves that speak of nightlife, of movement, of deeper dance.

If the original Guaraci is sun, roots, ritual and stillness,
then Side B is neon, pulse, groove and code.
A trip through breakbeats, electro, tech grooves, minimal and exotic rhythms,
where the dancefloor becomes a temple, and the beat — a portal to presence in digital trance.

This project doesn’t break away — it overflows.
It’s the same source, flowing through new channels.
Art finding new textures, new tempos, new bodies.

C'est comme un conte,
Une histoire qu'on chuchote quand les paupières s'enlacent 
Un murmure que l'on entends parfois quand on tends l'oreille aux forêts et aux pierres mouillées. 
 

C'est un mouvement qui s'éveille
Comme une vague qui prend forme quelque part entre le cœur et le poumons
Quelque chose qui respire pour nous
malgré nous

C'est un cri qu'on ne dis pas où alors seulement avec le corps 
C'est une libération qui s'exprime, une justice qu'on se donne, une liberté que l'on se grave dans la peau à la nuit tombée 


C'est des mondes fantastiques et des jours meilleurs qu'on entrevois dans les interstices, quand l'ordre établi est allé se coucher, et qu'il ne reste que les résistantes au milieu des lumières qui clignotent  et du jour qui se lève

C'est le bruit des frontières qui s'estompent et des réalités qui basculent. Une ligne qu'on gomme entre la fiction et la réalité, mais as t elle seulement un jour existé. 


C'est des peurs qui s'évanouissent dans la nuit, la brume et la musique, des découvertes qu'on fait sur soi quand personne ne regarde, et qu'on collectionne dans une boîte rangée sous le plexus.

C'est une cabane perchée dans les cimes de notre inconscient, et qui se rit des tempêtes et des orages car elle parle aux nuages et est un refuge pour nos cœurs épuisés. 

C'est un songe qu'on a oublié d'oublier, une fois éveillé

A rare dance floor set for the Tiefgang summer edition on a sunny afternoon in a beautiful spot at the river Aare here in Bern. It was a special one for me, as one of my closest soulmates had a very bad medical emergency last week and is now fighting for her life in hospital, and I wasn't really in the mood to play or party. But since she loves to dance, I did this set kind of for her. And also for me, to get out of my head for a good hour at least.

This year, with a heavy heart and emotions running high, I felt that strange paradox: being there, yet feeling elsewhere.
Like a stranger in my own home.
