A very special song I wrote about one of my sisters. Growing up, she was my best friend and could handle the full extent of my weird (making friends was hard until like high school maybe). But when she went away to college we didn't have the communication skills to stay close so we drifted apart (we both just assumed that was it and coped in the worst way). We never really talked about it until my Dad was on his deathbed and I'd like to think we made peace with it.  So, I wrote about how much I love her and how much she truly keeps me tethered to the earth. Heidi Girl, if you end up reading this I love you so so so so so so so so much!!!!!!

A song about not giving up. I wrote this after visiting my Dad in the hospital a little before he passed away. I was staying up for 3 days at a time (thanks adderall) making songs, helping family, working, and just doing a lot of things except the one thing I should of been doing: Accepting the fact that I was about to lose my Dad. But that acceptance doesn't mean giving up!
