Mr. Ted Funke has always been comfortable in groovy funky soul house, some might also say in the only true house music genre there is. It’s all about love for the house music, as this slovenian DJ artist found out in his youth years, when he was guided by different genres of funk music, from soul to disco always accompanied by vocals, and the love is keep on shining now-a-days! The classical biographical tales of teenage years being spent by listening to mainstream disc-jockeys do not apply here. Ted Funke considers himself as a humble DJ representative of classic house music, but you can consider him as ambassador of feel- good-groove if you will. These days Ted has the kind of artistic freedom he has always wanted, and that reflects in everything he does. From performances on stage, travelling worldwide to top destinations - catching a dream, to producing his own tunes.

Dino DZ is an electronic musician spawning from a quiet woodsy suburbia, in Maribor (Slovenia). A music obsessive since early childhood, he quickly outgrew the music of his surroundings and ventured into electronic music. 
House is the genre that captured his heart and hasn't let go ever since. At age 13 he started making his own music, and at 16 it was already his profession after being discovered by slovenian's biggest DJ and production team. As a result, DJ-ing gigs followed shortly and thus began a musical livelihood. His biggest inspiration and drive is to always try and make something unique, a style variation that would be true to himself, as he supports the notion that authenticity is crucial in making good music. As far as musical taste goes, he strongly believes that melody and vocals are the key to the soul!

David Penn's treasured Urbana Recordings makes it's come back after a mini-break and as expected makes a mighty splash across the house scene. The track was written by the legendary Jocelyn Brown (who naturally performs on vocals) & Lorraine Lucas, Per QX, Elias Bravo, and Michael Miltersen  it is certainly destined to be a future classic, 'It’ Ain’t Over' is a reminder to hold our heads high and keep our feet stomping – no matter what life throws at us.

The track is heavily inspired by the artists' favorite classic house tracks at the end of the nineties and the early noughties.    Bobby Blanco's authentic funk-filled bass groove remix is likely to send club floors worldwide into a spin. It really isn't over because 'It Ain’t Over' is the first in a series of new releases by Per QX and Elias Bravo that are lined up for the next few months.

Since its launch in winter 2004, Oaklands Guesthouse Music has established itself as one of the premiere underground house labels in the world. Featuring a talent roster of more than 100 artists, the label—helmed producer/DJ Mes (aka Jason Sutton)—has gone on to drop 70 vinyl and digital releases by artists from 20 countries. Defined by a catalogue of beats that bump, thump and pump, Guesthouse continues blending old and new school sounds to deliver diggable tunes to the dance floor and beyond.

Guesthouse was born in a time of underground transition. As the first wave of new school house was redefining the rules established in the ’80s and ’90s, Mes—the label’s A&R—sought to embrace both schools of sound. Merging the two flavors resulted in an eclectic mix of old and new beats that proved groovy, jazzy and always bass-heavy. Today Guesthouse is best known for featuring chunky, well-produced tracks are equally fresh and funky.

That fresh vibe has carried over into the label’s talent roster, which has showcased both acclaimed and little known artists.
