Realizing I already have the tools I need to heal and to show up for myself. It’s all a matter of perspective. God tapping me on the heart and letting me know that I’m already flying with both wings, I just have to trust my power.

In my case it was getting sober. I had to stop getting in my own way and believing I had no power to change so that I could actually change.
