Was Hat Sie Gesagt?

Truman Show Delusion(Truman syndrome) is the belief of being in a reality show, or simply watched on cameras. It's not officially recognized. But the term is dug in on film boards, created by a psychiatrist and a neuro-philosopher based on The Truman Show. 

The prescient ideas so often arise from Phillip K. Dick. His 1959 novel, Time Out of Joint, takes place a created world with people paid to keep up the illusion. 

Several hundred cases reported.
