Chloes brother, Ray is chatting with Dad Joe over a pint
An amateur boxer, a wounded vet but he can still fight

Aunt Maggie starts bitching about grandmas estate
her husband Mike chimes in, Ray is getting irate
Sam steps in and tries to calm things down
but he's too late Ray throws a punch and Mike's on the ground

Night before christmas the liquor flows

Mag well you see, Joey got the house Mike and Barry got the money but the
house was worth so much more than the money that Barry and Mike got
Mike that's because Joey was the favourite
Ray you know why Joey was the favourite ? cos Joe was in nam sticking it to Charlie while Mike was getting wasted at frat parties flunking out of college

This describes Captain Scott's ill-fated terra nova expedition and its legacy. The first several quotes (with the exception of "there is no hope") are taken directly from Captain Scott. The last quote is attributed to Oates, Scott's recollection of his last words. The "I am usng the owners skis" and "the sun shines lovely" were from the journels of Tryggve Gran, the explorer who was tasked with finding Scott's body

Golden light on this wonderful scene of mountain and ice satisfies every claim of scenic magnificence. No words of mine can convey the impressiveness of the wonderful panorama displayed to our eyes.

I don't tune, edit, quantize, or automate and only one plug-in was used (BFD3 since I'm in apartment and can't do real drums, sadly), so this should be judged by old school standards. This is literally what I can do. If I want it to be better I have to get better.
