E intanto il mare ci brillava intorno, alcune navi militari sullo sfondo. 
Un giorno, lì seduti sulla punta dell'attracco, rimanemmo in silenzio per qualche minuto. Guardavamo il riflesso del sole sulle onde salate, immaginavamo il ritmo delle correnti e quasi si potevano sentire viaggiare sulla superficie dell'acqua i sussurri delle città portuali di mari lontani. Era intensissimo sentirsi così presi da quel potere salmastro, percepirne la storia e la forza ed il mistero, che quasi ci dissociavamo e davvero nessuno parlò per un bel pezzo. Poi all'improvviso vedemmo tutti una luce strana, come un abbaglio.  Scomparve praticamente subito, ma credo che in quel momento pensammo tutti la stessa cosa :"Stella Maris!" Lo sapevamo che era lei che ci salutava: la Madonnina che protegge i naviganti, i pescatori e tutti i bambini nati vicino al mare, ed anche noi Tarantini, per sempre cullati dal suo canto e guidati dalla luce di mille fari.

Guliver is a DJ and producer with Italian roots, currently living in Berlin, Germany.

He is settled in experimental electronic and dark ambient sounds inspired by contemporary, deep underground techno.
Guliver found his musical passion in his early years, when his focus was organically drawn to the electronic genre.
He directly knew that this was the music field that he belonged to as he soon got hooked on DJing.

His performing history began in Sicily in 2011/12, followed by Malta and northern Italy.
In October 2015 he moved to London where he was mainly focused on industrial techno/Ebm, hence why he was regularly playing at "Jaded Afterparty" at Corsica Studios. 

Once he got to Berlin, his performance history in the techno scene was expanded by several gigs in clubs such as Griessmühle, Suicide Circus, Renate and RSO.BERLIN. 

In the beginning of 2020, he then reinvented his focus on music by engaging hisself to the experimental,dark ambient techno genre.

Guliver X CabanaLAB - Podcast #29

The lack of contact, even between humans, has become in recent days a truly demanding norm. Far away from sitting and waiting for better days to come, Close Encounters as a sub label has always been 30D’s way to gather artists aiming to explore the wider techno spectrum, combining freedom, rhythm and each artist’s particular vision of their sound. We’re now sharing with you the results of the Sixth Encounter, to be released the forthcoming 26th February 2021.

He is settled in experimental electronic and dark ambient sounds inspired by contemporary, deep underground techno.

He directly knew that this was the musical field that he belonged to as he soon got hooked on DJing.

His first performances began in west Sicily in 2011/12, followed by Malta and northern Italy.
In October 2015 he moved to London where he was mainly focused on industrial techno/Ebm, hence why he was regularly playing at "Jaded Afterparty" at Corsica Studios. 
Once he got to Berlin, his performance history in the industrial scene was expanded by several gigs in clubs such as Griessmühle, Suicide Circus Club, Renate and RSO.BERLIN. 
During this period he also released his first self produced track "Schwarzwald“ on the Scottish record label “Still Distant Records”.

In the beginning of 2020, he then reinvented his focus on music by engaging hisself to the experimental,dark ambient techno genre.
Regarding this, he is currently working on his first album which is mainly founded on mystical sounds- TBA.

Since 2022 he is resident DJ at the well known events "Playhaus“ and "Wos sound system"
