There's nothing but years and light years of space between us and the frozen dream of Aldebaran.
The Kepler telescope peered at 42,000 stars, examining just a slice of our galaxy to see how many planets like Earth are out there. 
There are about 200 billion stars in our galaxy, with 40 billion of them like our Sun.
Based on the 1-in-5 estimate, the closest Earth-size planet that is in the habitable temperature zone and circles a sun-like star is probably within 70 trillion miles (11 light years) of Earth.
And the 8.8 billion Earth-size planets figure is only a start... to something exceptional.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.  
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find your trigger, common triggers:

This is one of the most remarkable sounding High Wall (Large) singing bowls that we've ever come across. We had the pleasure of recording this so we can share with you on such a day as Valentine's Day. Details are below:

Double-Blue (the best of the best - the Stradivarius of singing bowls.
Fundamental tone:  C +10 Hz.; 1st (Root) chakra;
Rim tone: G -6 Hz.; 5th (Throat) chakra;
Hand-forged, mixed-alloy bronze;
Circa 17th Century;
Bowl type: "High-wall" 

Use headphones if you have them! It's well worth finding them and plugging them in.
If you have really nice speakers, then turn them up to a pleasantly loud level to feel the low note go through you.
