Panic In The City

This track is about losing something, not having the chance of redemption but realizing it was all for the best. 

Golden Opportunity

After having months apart this was the first song in ages Mark and I got together. Mark had a couple of songs he really wanted to get off his chest. This was the best of them. 
We took a little inspiration from QOTSA for this one with regards to the vocal. Its about reliving a holiday to remember and coming home with something extra.

Screwed, Blued n Tattooed

Mark came in with this great tune and some lyrics to go with. It needed a little polishing and input. We worked on it for two nights and got to what you listen to here.  The song itself speaks of a person who lives on and loves the wrong side of the tracks.

Devil's Own

The lyrics for this song had been banded about for a little while, some real fine tuning required on an epic night of recording to what you hear now.
The song is about someone who always talks you round, even when you are dead against something they'll make you see it their way.

We've all been scared to take a leap of faith, right? This song is about someone being on their own to long because they were scared to take that step....

Time to Go

I watch way to much CSI back in the early noughties! Was also obsessed with telling the story about a guy trying get his heart back from someone who he knew he didn't love. Mix the two together and Trapped was born.....

Trapped

This song was written after reading an article about suicide bombers targeting British and American civilians abroad back when the attacks were fresh and astonishing.  I took the words and the tune in my head to Mark who then played the song immediately.... couldn't believe it formed so quickly but love to play it still.

Something to be proud of

Song was written around 1996. Back then it sounded slightly different. Over the years we messed with the order until we finally settled on the version you hear here today.
