To me, the feelings I can imagine while finding shoes on the street, or hanging on telephone pole, are of feeling pity with the person who has lost them, maybe while in a bad condition due to arrest, violent treatment, struggles in a fight, losing shoes in that way. It suggests violence used on a person.

Am I right, that a false flag operation is an attack where physical injuries are present, but that the entire operation's purpose is hidden from plain sight, with a hidden purpose we can't figure out? I assume that those who witness these events must be reliable in their testimonies, even when there's illusion and tomato blood involved, crisis-actors. Isn't it to be expected that the strategy of these operations have lost their purpose due to being figured out and viewed as fake events? Something remains a puzzle to me.
