Ngl I finally understand the lyrics and they are fucking sad

Love the rhythm between the bass & the strings. The violins constantly play a DUN-DUN rhythm at the start of each bar, whilst the bass does a triple note melody in between each strum. That subtle combo is a wonderful example of a call & response melody even if it doesn’t perfectly represent a melody having a pause in the middle since it’s two instruments but it still makes for a fun & catchy composition

I find it interesting how there’s a woodwind(And I think a xylophone) during this part. Given how they have an innocent & cheery tone to them, I guess that they were used here to express that Bf & Yourself are actually bonding with each other through this rap battle.
