There has never been a time like the present where approaching a woman has became so normal. Reality tv has made this cliche even more acceptable, this topic derives from the  expression ‘I’m coming to you as a woman’. We’ve seen in recent times on social media plwitter,  women approaching other women to inform them that they are either in some kind of involvement with their partner, or maybe they have found out that their partner is playing the field and feel the need to let the woman know of their existence. Now I’m all for women standing in one accord but I just don’t want to be approached as a woman. I’ve seen so many women in my life being approached as ‘women’ and have seen that it does not change the status of their relationship but makes them not only look stupid but highlights their acceptance that a man is a man, can I just emphasise that I’m not condoning it but I don’t want to go off on a tangent so let save that topic for another time but you get what I mean. 
I remember when I approached my friend as a ‘woman’ thinking I was being a good friend but it added up with me not having my friend at the end because my truth was manipulated into a lie and I was outwitted. This situation taught me two things; mind your business and do not get emotionally attached to the situation. Since then I’ve vowed to not get involved in the politics of anyone’s relationship because your friend is always more likely going to pick her partner of you. Remember Peter told Jesus he would never deny him yet he denied him three times, I mean what makes you so special. Just deep that.
