ਬਿਹਾਗੜਾ ਮਹਲਾ ੪ ॥
Bihaagraa, Fourth Mehla:

ਸਭਿ ਜਾਇ ਮਿਲਹੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਕਉ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਜਿੰਦੇ! (ਆਖ—) ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾ ਮਿਲੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ (ਗੁਰੂ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।
Go, everyone, and meet the True Guru; O my soul, He implants the Name of the Lord, Har, har, within the heart.

ਹਰਿ ਜਪਦਿਆ ਖਿਨੁ ਢਿਲ ਨ ਕੀਜਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਮਤੁ ਕਿ ਜਾਪੈ ਸਾਹੁ ਆਵੈ ਕਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਜਿੰਦੇ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਦਿਆਂ ਰਤਾ ਭਰ ਭੀ ਦੇਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ । ਕੀਹ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ! ਮਤਾਂ ਅਗਲਾ ਸਾਹ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਏ ਜਾਂ ਨਾਹ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਏ । 
Do not hesitate for an instant - meditate on the Lord, O my soul; who knows whether he shall draw another breath?

ਸਾ ਵੇਲਾ ਸੋ ਮੂਰਤੁ ਸਾ ਘੜੀ ਸੋ ਮੁਹਤੁ ਸਫਲੁ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਿਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਚਿਤਿ ਆਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਜਿੰਦੇ! ਉਹ ਵੇਲਾ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਘੜੀ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਮਾ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ।
That time, that moment, that instant, that second is so fruitful, O my soul, when my Lord comes into my mind.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਮਕੰਕਰੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥੨॥
ਹੇ ਦਾਸ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਆਖ—) ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਜਿੰਦੇ! ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ (ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ) ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਮ ਦੂਤ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੁੱਕਦਾ (ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ) ।੨।
Servant Nanak has meditated on the Naam, the Name of the Lord, O my soul, and now, the Messenger of Death does not draw near him. ||2||

ਹਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਹਾਂ ਇਕ ਦਮੀ ਮੁਹਲਤਿ ਮੁਹਤੁ ਨ ਜਾਣਾ ॥
ਨਾਨਕ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ—(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਅਸੀ ਆਦਮੀ ਇਕ ਦਮ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਮਾਲਕ ਹਾਂ (ਕੀਹ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦਮ ਕਦੋਂ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਏ? ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ) ਮਿਆਦ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਵਕਤ ਕਦੋਂ ਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਹ
We are human beings of the briefest moment; we do not know the appointed time of our departure.

ਨਾਨਕੁ ਬਿਨਵੈ ਤਿਸੈ ਸਰੇਵਹੁ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਜੀਅ ਪਰਾਣਾ ॥੧॥
ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਜਿੰਦ ਤੇ ਸੁਆਸ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ।੧।
Prays Nanak, serve the One, to whom our soul and breath of life belong. ||1||

ਅੰਧੇ ਜੀਵਨਾ ਵੀਚਾਰਿ ਦੇਖਿ ਕੇਤੇ ਕੇ ਦਿਨਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਹੇ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ) ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ ਜੀਵ! (ਅੱਖਾਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ) ਵੇਖ, ਸੋਚ ਸਮਝ, ਇਥੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਥੋੜੇ ਹੀ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ ।੧।ਰਹਾਉ।

About Bhai Sewa Singh Ji Tarmala 

Bhai Sahib was born on 10th August 1944 at village Bahuliana, Tehsil Chunni in district Lahore. He did his schooling in Abohar and then Giani in 1972 from Punjabi University, Patiala. Bhai Sewa Singh's Native village is Tarmala in district Mukatsar, Punjab. In his early childhood he was inspired to imbibe gurmat by his Father S. Kundan Singh and Mother Mata Ishar Kaur.

In 1978 he took Baptism "Amrit" at the inspiring Persuasion of his Close Associate, Bhai Inderjit Singh Narangwal.His mother was spiritually inclined towards Naam Simran. The Holy Company of his Mother and many other Saintly souls laid the solid foundation of spirituality in his early life. With Akal Purkh's grace and through Naam Simran and Sabad-Surat practice, He became enlightened. He preaches and teaches union with Waheguru on the basis of the inspired and the revealed word of Gurbani. Preaching pure gurmat, He Explains Techniques that lead to an ultimate union with Waheguru through Naam Simarn. His wife Bibi Daljit Kaur is the source of inspiration behind this mission. Many other members of Bhai Sahib's family have been contributing towards the Fulfillment of this Noble mission.

By keeping such as great mission in mind and with the association of inspired Gurmukhs, Bhai Sahib established Sarab Sukh Charitable trust in 2005. Construction of an institute of divine studies, Gurdwara Prabh Milne Ka Chao was started in Moga. By the grace of God and under the direction of a great quote from Gurbani "The entire human race is the same," rays of enlightment are spreading to each and every corner of the world by this institute.

In an institute of divine studies, one year and four year courses were started in 2007. The purpose of the courses is to teach the students how to live their life by following Gurmat. By the grace of God, the aroma of love of this blooming garden is spreading in the entire world.
