The first time I saw White Mice was at a Sound System event in Montego Bay. It was held at Sam Sharpe Square, where I saw him moving through the crowd. I didn't know who he was, but he had a certain brightness and confidence about him - he looked like a star. Later that evening I was introduced to him as Ras Iwa / White Mice. Before long he stepped up to the tower, took the mic and captivated the crowd with both old and new songs. One of his new songs was Gun Clown and everyone loved it. Later, I asked him if we could do some recording. He said yes and we recorded these vocals in 2016. King Alpha remixed them two years later in 2018.
