Next up is Estoy Crudo. A stripped back techster, deep and effective. With a driving feel and sinister stabs that power along nicely.

Born as a label, built as a party, grown as a collective and cured as an artist. Depaart’s story is not common. The production duo present three awesome original tracks on Sincopat with a great welcome back: a mind-blowing remix by the forward-thinking disco talent, Lauer.
Koi starts the fire with a super organic synth that is well and truly alive. It stands out in an unpredictable way asking to be the main character of the track. On the remix, the German talent of Lauer gives his special touch by adding more layers and different melodies into a piece of electronic music that counts with two remarkable percussion build-ups. Do it like you do is a fantastic and magical journey through electronic music. Even though it’s hard to tell the style, the common factor is smoothness and the voice of Tom Trago, who participated in this track during a crazy studio session in Madrid with the guys. Closing the pack, we have the timeless landscape of Sombrilla. Enjoy!

We are delighted to present release #82 from Awen Records, a 3-track EP by Senses Of Mind, a duo of impeccable presence in the ethereal and melodic techno scene. First off is Ascend, a progressive theme that uses lead arpeggios complimented by powerful claps, snares and stabs and a breakdown with a sweet female vocal. Paradox, with a prominent bass and dark synths, uses trance progressions that make it shine. Finally today’s premiere, the title track, Third Dimension, packs heavy drums and analog synths that alternate with ethereal progressive pads.

Kynan Nonneman and Miles Vanderlooven, both from Antwerp, are the mysterious force called Senses Of Mind. They’ve been releasing material on respected labels like Steyoyoke, Somatic, Proton, Definition:Music & Kanvas, to name few. They describe their music as uplifting, atmospheric and driven, and comes nurtured by their individual styles, combining deep, UK garage, and techno. The first EP of 2020 will be in the name of the Italian Alberth (@official-alberth). With his productions he gains a lot of support and through 2019 he worked his way up. He provided three originals, with ‘Focus’ as title track, and the remix is coming from the Italian, Berlin based, duo The Ancient Memories (@the-ancient-memories).

The first track of the EP is called ‘Focus’. As the name already says the track is focused on one particular magical lead. This floating lead is accompanied by some in-the-face drums and atmospheric sounds, which all together created a really effective track.

‘Wanderlast’ is the second track of the EP, which is a beautiful one. Through the track more and more got revealed of the intriguing high pitched main synth. Even though the track is really atmospheric, Alberth managed to add a certain groove to the percussion.

The third track, ‘The Landing’, makes you feel like you are hovering somewhere high in the sky. The lead is drifting through the track and got strengthened by some balanced higher sounds.

The Ancient Memories gave ‘The Landing’ a little bit more power by adding some heavier synths to the floating lead of the original. Every time listening to this remix, you will discover something new, which makes this an impressive end to an impressive EP.

Daniele Di Martino kicks off his 2020 on a strong footing with a tasteful new outing on Mono.Noise.

Phantom opens up with shimmering percussive lines and rolling drums that make for a dark, engaging yet hypnotic listening. Eternal is another edgy track that shows off his mastery of synth layers that keep you on your toes, while also laying down more rubbery drums to carry you late into the night.

Erly Tepshi remixes and does so with a more hard-hitting approach to drums, which are upright and dance, and cosmic melodies keep you looking skywards.

This is exquisitely evocative house music with fantastic use of melody.
