GarageBand can unleash your musical creativity, whether you’re a pro or a beginner. In T.A.K.E. Music, students are allowed to work in groups to create a personal project. They utilized apple loops, recorded their voices and/or instruments, and arranged/mixed original music. Students were also giving the choice of creating a remix if they struggled to create original lyrics. A remix is creating an alternate version of a pre-existing song. It is my pleasure to share their music with the world; here are our 2023, 7th grade T.A.K.E. Music GarageBand Projects!

O intuito inicial desta viagem era gravar as canções indígenas e fazer um remix eletrônico. O que eu não imaginava era que essa seria a experiência mais forte de toda a minha vida!

We embarked in a long 2 days journey until we reached the Yawanawa tribe at the Mutum village in the state of Acre. 

The initial goal and objective of the trip was to record a few songs to make an electronic remix.i did not imagine though , that it would turn out to be the strongest experience of my life.

Gustavenson shares that, “In our society there are many forms of familial dysfunctions; the breakdowns of marriage, struggles with communication and a tendency to act like all is normal when in reality there are ongoing issues in families that go unaddressed and treated as the elephant in the room. When you start something it’s with the distinct intention of it ‘working’. Family Forum will hopefully edge people to discuss and deal with the big adjustments that occur in life, and the fact that human nature can make change such a struggle.”
