Written, produced, and crafted in his own meticulously curated analogue studio, the album reflects a hands-on approach that values texture, warmth, and process as much as energy and impact.

Sonically, Do It Yourself leans into a deeper, more stripped-back side of drum & bass. While still rooted in the genre’s foundations, the album explores heavier atmospheres, analogue grit, and a moodier palette than Mustard Music’s trademark funk-led sound. Living and working in Cornwall has also left its mark.
