Herinneringen –  the story behind this track is being found in existence of the sweet spacey pad, it got me thinking back on the memories I had with Hernan on his annual Woodstock’69 parties in Bloemendaal aan Zee. So during the Covidius era it got me thinking back about the moments.. these missing times. Such a beautiful location here in Holland.

‘Temporary Sanity’ first appeared on the critically acclaimed ‘Time’ (LF017) album by Guy Mantzur & Sahar Z, and has remained a standout favourite since the LP was released back in November 2014. Now, Cornucopia has breathed a new life into the track with a beautifully melodic, subtle, sun-drenched percussive remix.

Already a huge track for John Digweed, who loved it so much, he featured it on his recent ‘Live In Montreal’ (Bedrock) release. Since then, the demand has been steadily growing for Cornucopia’s remix to be released in its own right, so at last, here we have it in all it’s glory on Lost & Found.

Once in a while an album appears that is distinctly special and has the ability to captivate audiences on a global scale, breaking through simplistic genre boundaries and uniting people through its exploration of the psyche of modern electronic dance music. Guy Mantzur & Sahar Z’s ‘Time’ project was such an album, and it remains as captivating and enthralling today.

This release has a very particular flavour and it is composed of two tracks that will also be playlisted in Hernan Cattaneo's new compilation for Renaissance.The first track of the EP is a remix signed by one of the most talented producers of the global electronic scene, a name that has been part of the Sudbeat family since its dawn and that boasts releases on the best labels out there: the Tel Aviv born Guy J. Once again his unique and personal touch is easily recognizable thanks to a solid swinging groove in which background oriental melodies rise naturally and fluently up until a dreaming breakdown in which energies seem to soften. But it's just an illusion.
