"The theme for me this year with my new singles and album is going back to my underground house roots. For the last year the evolution of my sound has taken me further back into the underground: to deep house, tech house and tribal, all the places that I started from for me have come full circle. I feel that this year’s Release Yourself is probably the closest one to my heart. Some of the sounds are very reminiscent of my early compilations, but they’ve been reinterpreted in a contemporary fashion and this is where my headspace is at musically."

'Get Real' is the new project from legendary producers, Green Velvet & Claude VonStroke.
The pair, hailing from Chicago and Detroit, headed out on the road together for a string of shows at the tail end of 2015. Get Real was born and VonStroke was soon heading to Green Velvet’s Chicago studio to work on new music. London Based producer/DJ Guy Brown has his heart set on establishing himself as one to watch over the next few years. 

He has just signed his first three tracks to Now Then Records with release dates set for mid April 2012.

Guy’s sound is Deep/Tech, heavily influenced by the likes of Tim Green, Reset Robot, Wehbba, Ramon Tapia, Nic Fanciulli and good friend Dan Price. 

Gaining production & DJ’ing experience over the last 5 years within the Drum & Bass world Guy is now turning his hand to produce deep/tech house.

Guy is also a resident DJ for Motion-1 (owned by Sean Branton) who has been invited to run nights at venues such as Pacha & Club 7878.
