So this mix is years overdue... As a DJ who started out playing strictly DnB I used to have a secret hate on for house music. House was always a dirty word in my vocabulary but over the years, especially during the pandemic I started to dig it more and more. My doctor said there was nothing wrong with me, it's perfectly normal to like house music.😅 I'm no aficionado but, for a while, I've wanted to put together a bunch of my favorite housey & garagey tunes. So here it is, my first ever House (and a little garage) mix Durty Wurd! Perfect for summer time boogies, road trips, pool parties, orgies etc...

I never really know what path these mixes will take on when I start putting them together but this one feels like a true winter chill mix to me. A slow-burning journey that carries emotional energy to the very end.

It has been pretty challenging, but these tracks bring me right back to the beginning of learning the mass amount of power music holds within us. Movement. Emotion. Compassion.. Mt. Doyle has been a staple DJ on the west coast for many years now. His styles range from drum and bass, funk, house, hip-hop, and bass music. He is not one to sit quietly, continually pushing his music at festivals and clubs all over the West coast.
