Created and recorded during the Full Wolf Moon in January 2013. Inspired by the temporal qualities of life as mirrored in nature by the changing clouds, appearing and disappearing mists, and the fading of light into darkness and darkness into light. Blake plays an Native American Style Am flute and afuche cabasa. Gwain plays keyboard. 

Temporal Mists

Something different from the normal 'musical" offerings, this is our gift to those of you who practice shamanic journeying - as we do. This is a ten minute journeying track that includes a journeying beat played on a buffalo drum that includes a call back at the end consisting of and signaled by  four drum rolls with tingsha, a rapid return beat, and a final four drum rolls with tingsha. Dreamtime Flight

Enjoy our latest collaborative creation/work-in-progress. This one was a fun exercise in complementary keys, experimenting with keyboard effects, as well as creating a nice didge line mix from a jam session with our fellow shamanic practitioner and music maker, Daran. Innominate Temple

Gwain Nighthawk and Blake Octavian Blair have a passion for creating magick through musick! Along their path they have created their own brand of musickal* shamanism --- aiming to transport the listener on an inner journey of both discovery and healing. Their playing style ranges from that reminiscent of traditional Native American sounds, to contemporary renditions with flavors from around the world. In addition to their musical and shamanic practices, they are both proud shamanic practitioners and Reiki Master-Teachers, environmentalists, and incorporate their reverence for the natural world within their own spiritual practices and artistic work.
