In preparation for my birthing process, I was asked to visualize myself as the center of the "spiral of birth", with all the support systems, affirmations, and environments I call into my labor making up the spiral that surrounds me. From that meditation, this song was born.

This Sound Journey was created with loving intentions during the Full Moon in Aries on Sep 29 2023 and its supercharged and infused with its powerful eneriges. You can see it as a Sonic Ritual that seeks to support you to let go of old patterns and negative beliefs. It aims to provide you with the power, strength, will and assertiveness that Aries is known for when in alignment with the greater good for all. 

To amplify this intention the journey is tuned to and infused with the Solfeggio Frequency of 417 Hz. The 417 Hz frequency is best known for its ability to cleanse negative energy.

It’s a deeply transformative frequency, with an ability to heal the listener from trauma and enable them to cope with negative thought patterns.

 Aries is a fire sign and carries the archetype of a warrior. Full Moon in Aries is an opportune time to harness the fiery, assertive energy of this sign to propel yourself forward on your spiritual and transformational journey.
