Arguably the most referenced icon in reggae music, Haile Selassie condemned the use of chemical weapons by Italy at the League of Nations, and ultimately was able to protect Ethiopia from Imperialist conquest. His dedication to African freedom, and outspokenness to rid the world of racial supremacy and discrimination serves as a powerful symbol that still rings true today. The mix, by Dub Rockers label manager Ted Ganung, features album cuts from: Mykal Rose, Alpha Blondy, Alborosie, Macka B, Raging Fyah, Jah9 and others.
