"Digital fusion" is basically the genre that DESKPOP first became known for before dipping into hyperpop. It's like vgm (video game music) but relies less on nostalgic sounds and more on complex rhythms + genre blending of jazz/funk/dance. Some of the featured musicians are well known in the digital fusion scene, and some are from the hyperpop network!

I made one album in 2016 called "Picnic". https://tbkgao.bandcamp.com/album/picnic

The world of Chiptune was sparkling to me at the time, both to see and to hear, and that's where I wanted to make an Evergreen album that expressed the happiness I'd gained.

The following year, when I started playing live and participating in the community, my weaknesses were often exposed and things didn't work out, so I didn't have as much hope for Chiptune as I used to.

But over the past few years I've seen the scene change and I've become more hopeful. I started writing songs again with a fresh mind and the result is a new tracks.

With the release of "Picnic (Deluxe Edition)", I hope you can enjoy it again.
