Daniel Pérez, también conocido por su nombre artístico (DARKY), es un joven Jerezano de 28 años cuya pasión por la música nace desde muy temprana edad.

Siendo un "chiquillo" apreciaba y sentía atracción por la música orquestal, especialmente la utilizada en el cine y de igual manera conoció las primeras producciones de electrónica del género musical que por aquel entonces daba mucha repercusión, el Breakbeat.

Al cabo de los años empezó a conocer e investigar sobre los 3 géneros musicales que más le influenciarían en su carácter artístico (Hip-Hop, Metal y Punk)

Después de llevar 4 años acudiendo como cliente a eventos de BreaksMusic a nivel andaluz, en 2015 empezó a lanzarse al mundillo de las mezclas.

Integrante de los colectivos SHERRY-BASS-COLLECTIVE, SOUTHLAND-COLLECTIVE y BREAK-THE-DRUM como Dj de Breakbeat, debutó en 2020 en el primer evento en sala del colectivo SHERRY BASS, actuando seguidamente con ellos desde entonces en fiestas privadas y salas, compartiendo cabina con artistas sevillanos, malagueños, granadinos, y de la provincia de Cádiz con un notable recorrido de diversos eventos en la sala natal 'Sala Oshun' de Jerez de la Frontera.
