Block Your Phone is about setting boundaries while you’re in the process of healing. It’s about growing your self-love, protecting your peace, and realizing that sometimes, you need to cut people off—even if they’re the ones who hurt you in the first place. The line is drawn when you’re already bleeding, trying to heal. The last thing you need is someone else coming in, reopening those wounds, while you're still trying to figure out how to move forward.

It’s a message to protect your own energy and stop letting people who aren’t good for you have access to your life. You can’t heal if you’re constantly being pulled back into the same toxic cycles. Block Your Phone is a way of saying, “I’m doing this for me, I’m doing this to heal, and if that means cutting you off for now, so be it.”

The track is all about putting yourself first, even if that means stepping away from the people or situations that are holding you back. You can’t help anyone else heal if you’re still broken yourself. So sometimes, you’ve got to block out the noise, focus on your own recovery, and protect your peace—even if it’s hard.
