GORP (Good Ole Realness and Pussy) started her journey as a bedroom DJ two years ago. With the help of her community and the wisdom of DJs that have gone before her, she started working at bars, drag shows, and DIY parties all over the city. During her time working different events, GORP has finely tuned her sound to celebrate her womanhood and the vibrant queer community she has found in ATL.

Drawing inspiration from the experiences, history, and creativity of trans women, GORP’s style transcends boundaries, blending genres and sounds into a seamless sonic journey. From pulsating bass lines to infectious melodies, every track selected is a celebration of womanhood and self-expression. This mix is divinely inspired by the process of feminization. She takes us from initial resistance to radical acceptance into complete celebration. Her sound has landed her in iconic lineups and legendary residencies such as Sucia and Gimmick Sounds.
