For once in my life I want to be honest 
and try to explain what I feel
even if the words don't want to come out 
at least the melody will try to soothe the anxiety
It bothers me that you lied

I know I said I would try to change but as the days went by the ideas only got stronger and I can't help but feel guilty because I am the only one who makes the situation uncomfortable 
and I'm the only one who doesn't make an effort to turn the page in my selfish and self-centered attempt to make the world turn around me at least once in my life.
I would like to get my mouth to give life to all the ideas that constantly hit my head so that the next time my eyes meet I don't feel like there's something left unsaid.
and I would like the next word I hear to be "everything is fine" but at the same time not to avoid talking directly about it, because it makes me think that the few words I manage to say have no weight and meaning. 
and if it is necessary to set the forest on fire and see how all the trees burn, I will gladly accept to become one with the ashes and then be scattered by the wind.
I apologize that deep down I am only thinking of myself but at the same time I would like to know what is bothering you and if there is any way to fix it.
In the sea of problems that day by day torment my mind this will eventually be just a funny anecdote that I hope to laugh at someday. 
And when the leaves fall again I wish I could greet you again and tell you how much I enjoyed spending time with you.
