When Zoom suggested the idea of doing a breakdown reel, I figured we could either use the original track (which wouldn't have fit), some other track (which is kinda lame), or I can take a crack at doing a remix, which is something I really enjoy doing; I figured since most breakdown reels tend to have music with this kind of downtempo contemplative vibe, I went with this direction and it turned into a lot of fun.

(Yes I considered calling it Animatrix edit, shut up.)

I always wanted to see an extended remix of Rom Di Prisco's F355 showcase song from the NFS 2 soundtrack, so why not make one myself? The first step, of course, is to reconstruct the base song from scratch.
