Hello, it's been a while, isn't it?

Actually i wasn't sure if i wanted to join BoL this year... I had a lot of things in my head, wasn't really motivated on finishing a track, and school surely didn't help, as also the pandemic and having to do everything from home. I wish i could make more music (i have so many unfinished project damn), but unluckily this is it.

In the end i decided to make something, because leaving the year with no tracks would have feel someway sad.

Trying to finish an old project wasn't an option, according to my brain.
I actually started an House project a night which i wanted to finish, but my computer decided there were too many Vital instances (only 5) the day after, and the stuttering made it impossible to work on in a creative mood.

So some days after i made this from scratch again in 3 or 4 days (well at least, most of it, mixing was hellish as usual).

You might or might not believe it, but this track was made mostly using LMMS 3osc, with a freeboy patch for the chiptune pluck, a BitInvader one for a bass and a Zynaddsubfx for another pluck.
Well, and obviously samples for Drums and FXs and i used some free vsts for mixing and mastering (just a couple of OTTs for the saws and limiting and stereoenhancing on the master).

This song has many influences in it, like Dance, Future Bass and Dubstep (and actually a bit of a Synthwave feel in the first drop).

So, in the end, this is my Best of LMMS Vol. 8 entry.

Another year, another track, still less time to make music, and sometimes even motivation.

But i can't procrastinate forever, as i did something last year i had to do something this year as well.
Rushed in some hours (thanks to anxiety pre-endline), this is i'd say a classic soft prog house track with a drop a bit out of the genre and more spicy. In my head this is the kind of track i'd listen while on my car at night.
I forgot to mention it, but as always, this is my BoL9 entry (that's the endline i was referring to) and, as always, i hope you'll enjoy it at least as much as i enjoyed producing it!

Moonlight

Heyo guys again it's been more time than i wanted to and once again i found myself rushing a track to partecipate to BoL (big props to anxiety pre endline).
Life just gets busier and busier but i always try to find some time for it.
Well, what can i say, at least it's a good excuse to make some music :)

After listening to some of it, this time i wanted to properly try Hardstyle for the first time, i hope you'll like it!
Except for laying out the melody and mid-intro which were kinda challenging, the rest was more of like a flow coming out of my mind
If anyone's curious, inspiration is Headhunterz, Rebelion and some others.

For the producers out there wondering, it's all samples, Vital for the main leads an 3osc for the intro sound and subs, some OTT, and usual stuff like delay, eq ecc.

Also, say nice to the vocals by Ashes and Dreams, too, randomly found on looperman that with a slight bpm change and some mixing fit the track really well.

This is a remake of Levels by Avicii i make in his memory. It's made only with LMMS internal instruments apart some that you need some free vst effects.

Avicii - Levels (LMMS H4CKTON3 Remake)

Here's my new single, Logic, hope you like it!

I made this song using only free vsts and internal LMMS plugins, that includes Synth1 (obviously), DSK Brass, Superwave P8, and Piano One.
It has been one of my old projects for a long time, and so, some days ago, i decided to finish it, and, even if i made most of the song in two days, the original idea comes probably from an year ago.

I also played a lot with dblueglitch on this track, and maybe i abused the highpass filter a bit, but guys, this is music :)

Logic

Two days ago i was checking the lmms forum, and when i went there, i found in the music project section a guy that has made an EP called "Social Media". It didn't seem so interesting, and i was expected to see another principiant and his music. 
Not this time. It was, as i said, a newbie, but he has created some really cool melodies, the only thing he really missed was mixing and mastering. 
One of these melodies in particular, of a track called Twitter, caught my attention, because it was really good. So i contacted him, asking at the beginning if i could do mastering of his track. But while i was doing mastering, i become to put my touch on the track, to see how good it could have become. 

This is the result, I hope you like it!
