Hey guys. Denise here. My story is pretty simple: I'm just a girl with a passion for music. I've always loved to write.

I wrote my first song in 6th grade ("Ain't Gonna Stay"), and realized something special was happening because everyone loved it and kept wanting to me sing it over and over.

As a senior, I had to do a creative project as part of my senior exhibition, and I chose music/graphic design. The moment I heard my lyrics accompanied by music brought tears to my eyes, and I realized that this is what I love to do!

My motivation? Inspiration? Plain and simple: life. I hate confrontation, and my paper and pen is the way I get my feelings out. Love and frustrations are a part of life, so I think a lot of individuals can relate to my material.
