The House of Adversarial Affairs was contracted by the C.I.A. with the intent to use drugs and music as forms of brainwash, mind control, and torture. All conspiracy theories are true, especially the ones that contradict each other, and everything you think you know is a lie. 
The House of Adversarial Affairs has existed for a questionable amount of time. It is rumored they were present at the times of the Cold War, WWII, the Crusades, the Black Plague, and even did work for the Knights Templar, and are said to have had relations with Nostradamus and Rasputin, as well as various "alien" races.
The H.A.A. has been practically enslaved by the C.I.A. since Truman first started it, and have been forced to deal with horribly grotesque medical and psychological expreiments, as well as intergalactic relations.
Agent Reddish-Yellow is one of many Alien/Human hybrids harvested from impregnated alien "Abductees". Upon reaching maturity, Reddish-Yellow discovered the ability to produce sounds that have strange effects on human (and some non-human) mammals.
Dr. Tchilll-E Bearr was taken in by the C.I.A. after being terminated from an abortion clinic for botching abortions and stealing fetal remains. Not much is known about the Dr regarding his age or origin.
Agent and Doctor have proven to the H.A.A., and the C.I.A., that they can be trusted to leave the premises for the sake of field operations such as extractions, experiments, and retrieving potential future operatives and/or test subjects.
