Intentionally meant to make a track against wars and unjust governments, I was highly inspired and motivated by One Kind.

The picture is one of the softest plants I know, the diversity in nature is so huge and I love it. Diversity is in our nature..

Drawing inspiration from the UK’s rich electronica and bass music heritage, Pulses is a hybrid project that merges weighty basslines, shifting rhythms rooted in dubstep structures, and chilly, atmospheric pads. Across its tracks, the album experiments with new forms of arrangements around the 140 bpm mark, crafting tension around simple motifs, layered with intricate sound designs and vivid mixes.

Real bass (!), keyboard & EWI Clarinet solos - each played in one go ...
Bass was the biggest challenge, I had to quantise ... Everything else went with a ‘certain ease’ ;-) .... instead of midi ‘programming’ I wanted to see what I could do with my fingers :-)
