Sam Shure unveils his latest masterpiece, the Regency EP set to enrapture HABITAT on December 14th. This EP has been a mainstay in the DJ sets of label owners Mind Against, connecting across continents with its raw energy.

Relentless beats and stabbing synthesizers come together on the title track "Regency”, delivering peak-time dancefloor action that echoes the unbridled energy of festival euphoria. Clocking back in on Stil vor Talent, here goes Cioz with his newest delivery, 'These Accordi'. Taking its name from the Italian word for 'agreement' - which also stands for 'chords', the idea for the track actually came about when Alessandro's attention was caught by the sound of an asphalt paver in the street. He then sampled it and processed it to produce the bassline, which he says was "full of character and texture". On the conceptual side, Cioz explains the track aims to explore the balance between the notions of agreement and disagreement, an enslaving loop one needs to break out from to find this actual state of balance.The metronomic tension that animates 'These Accordi' throughout has the pendulum swinging sharp and clean, from proper jacking techno patterns to lithe EBM-ish bass music, onto liquid house hypnotism in the home stretch. Deftly shifting gears, from robotic jack to more organic layers and folds, Cioz has us traversing a wealth of moodscapes in one bumpy, elating jaunt. A further jagged and wonky number, 'Move On' treats us to a mix of heavily processed '80s style guitar riffs and stealth bass assault, echoing the dissonant pulse of 'Accordi' through a collage of static-filled wobbles, radical syncopations and FX-strewn solos to better explore the emancipatory nature of Cioz' lead theme: looping our way out of the girdling status quo.

Back to the fold with a new tribal-oriented floor crusher, 'Eclipse', label habituée SKALA engineers a compelling mix of deep rolling grooves and mystique-imbued atmosphere on her newest installment for Stil vor Talent. From behind a ripped curtain of alarm-like signals and cryptic vocal sampling emerges a battery of sizzling, seesawing synths and primitive drum motifs out some eerie forest, whereas the second part veers off into more experimental-leaning electronic territories, laying further emphasis on glitchy sound design minutiae and funky, FX-riddled stunts on an acid techno tip. Trusted to fellow Amaeo alum, Italian producer Ivan Masa, the track hatches into an even more cinematic piece of shape-shifting techno material, clinging to its tribal feel but fleshing out the synths' emotional weight to captivating effect. Channeling the original's manifold energies, Masa pushes 'Eclipse' in a new direction, exploring its poignant dimension in all its unadulterated glory. Faus Rittner is an Argentine DJ and music producer. He has been experimenting with electronic music production for the past two years, and since August 2024, he has launched his career as a DJ. He began his journey exploring melodic techno, inspired by the atmospheres and textures of the Afterlife label. Over time, he moved away from that style and found a deeper connection with the groove and energy of progressive house, a genre that now defines his musical identity. This artistic shift was strongly influenced by his training as a DJ under Matías Chilano, who provided him with the tools to refine his skills behind the decks.
