الہڑ شیں مٹیاراں والی چڑتل کہیڑا چہلے 
مہڈے نال پیا مہڈا کھینداے لگن پے ترکہلے 
اکھیاں وچ نیں شرم دا کجلہ، منہاں تے نیں پلے 
اُچااُچا سارے ویکھن کوئی نہ ویکھے تھلے 
نیویں نظر کیویں کوئی رکھے، اُچیاں ہین دکاناں 
توں کی جانیں بھولیے مجّے انارکلی دیاں شاناں 

چار چفیرے ٹیڈی پھردے، نوی بہار دے کیڑے 
چاڑھے ہوئے اچھاڑاں وانگوں پاٹن ہاکے لیرے 
وکھیاں اتوں کھل کھل جاون ٹچ ٹچ کدے ویڑے 
جیہڑا ویکھے جیب اپنی ، دنداں ہیٹھ دبیڑے 
ڈاہڈیاں تنگ پوشاکاں دے وچ پھاسیاں ہویاں جاناں 
توں کی جانیں بھولیے مجّے انارکلی دیاں شاناں 

جیہڑی تھاویں نظری آون چار مسافر کٹھے 
اچن چیتی پے جاندے نے پیر تیرے کیوں مٹھے

اس دکانیں پان وکیندے توں سمجھے نے پٹھے 
کھایے ساوے پتر تے سویاں کرن زباناں

آ وڑیا ایں ڈنگر مالا تو اج کیہڑے پاسے 
پیسے دے نی پُتر سارے ایس گلی دے واسے 
مہاتڑ ایتھے خالی آندے، خالی کھڑدے کاسے 
پلے جے کر پیسے ہوون ڈل ڈل پیندے ہاسے 
بہتیاں مینوں آوندیاں کوئی نیں اکو گل مکاناں
