Hacksaw is a collaboration between Wax On resident, TC Monckton, and Swedish producer Paul Johan. Our latest track “The Dawn” is typical of the sound that you’d hear TC playing at his Wax:On residencies in Leeds and Newcastle. Dark and dirty broken beats with an uplifting centre, “The Dawn” is a perfect way to see in those uplifting dancefloor moments at the same time with a bassline that would tear up any soundsystem! We both write music and we both DJ, but not always at the same time.

We're not so keen on:

People who are there to be seen, wide loads, minimal, rubbish after parties, warm beer, train spotters....
