@crossing-avenue is a southern Italian Techno & Experimental duo known for their distinctive tribal and percussive sound, having released music on labels such as @spaziodisponibile, @outis-music & @semantica-records.

Their music features minimalistic and percussive beats, flashes of synth, alien life forms and subterranean ambiance which are constant elements in their aesthetics. 
Their production is also characterised by the use of Folk Rhythms typical of their region, Apulia, in the south of Italy.

They were also involved in the European Spazio Disponibile Tour 2018, during which they visited some of the most prestigious European clubs such as Berghain and Shelter.
A true force to be reckoned with.

This Hybrid set was recorded @tresorberlin on the 29th of august for the Globus invites...@toxido-mask night.

We are delighted to be able to present this hybrid set of the evening.

Bio:

Salva Coromina  aka ABSIS. 
His involvement in the Barcelona scene began in the late 90s under the alias MouseDown/MouseUp, having years of experience as Dj resident in club such as Razzmatazz (The loft) and festivals like Sonar.
He has always been exploring the deeper side of electronic music, moving from ambient to techno. ABSIS currently runs his residency at Laut club in Barcelona with the Midline parties... he is also a resident at the MOSTRA festival in Barcelona and his productions are published on labels such as hivern discs, Affin and Oslated among others.

Micaela Casella aka E L A is an Argentinian DJ based in Milan. She began her musical journey in 2011 in Cordoba, (ARG). Returning to her hometown Buenos Aires a few years later gave her the opportunity to get more deeply involved with her beloved Techno through the “Arjaus” School of Electronic Music, where she acquired technical knowledge and production skills. She oscillates between genres like Ambient, Experimental, Hypnotic/Deep/Dub/ Techno, Half time, Breaks, Drum & Bass, Electronic, IDM and more. E L A captures ambient soundscapes and subtle grooves full of surprising change. The psychedelic nuances in her selection constantly create innovative atmospheres. Her hypnotic sounds, inviting rhythms and timely transitions define her.

Paul Rêve tells stories blending electronic music and digital art. His recent releases on Virtual Forest, Melifera, Qeone and Blue Night Jungle brings the artist into the new french “mental” scene, where ambient and techno meets dub and experimental bass music. Co-founder of Polën record label and collective, he aims to inspire emotions by building bridges between psychedelic genres. He is also involved in Melifera as creative direction and scenography for La Vallée Électrique festival. As a sound designer and composer, Paul Rêve makes immersive art installations, a/v shows and contemporary pieces.

A warm welcome back to Berlin based Saša Delimar who released his beautiful EP ‘Sreča’ with us a while back. He crafted the fifth episode of our SoundSculptors series, a live set which offers loads of juicy textures and loads of interesting sound design experiments. He tells a story which appears full of tension and movement within each element. It’s a snapshot of one particular mood shown from many different angles. Saša offers his very own fusion of genres and styles, creating his own sonic language. Listeners can find characteristics from Glitch, Techno, bass music and other influences. 🥁

Saša Delimar is a DJ with over 15 years of experience, carving the name steadily as a music producer since 2017, first through releases in a domain of the deep techno and more recently taking the turn into the sphere of experimental music.
To date, he has been released on labels like QEONE, IO, Illegal Alien records, Lowless, Lett, Pyramid Blood and Oslated.
Saša’s chief preoccupation in music production is finding the balance between a track for home listening and playing in the club, equally embracing the experimentation of texture and composition and the rhythmical intensity of the club track.
