For Clint's debut solo EP, there was no better way to make his mark than to bring on one of his closest friends and all around musical visionaries, Tone Of Arc. "French artist Oniris has been recording for a couple of well known labels in the past and is being played out by icon Laurent Garnier frequently. Like the track name suggests this track is devoted to the season of now. It expresses with a lot of musicality and self played melodies the colorfulness of such a season as summertime with all its variations. It is a gentle and smooth affair just like it should be. “Summertime” is a soulful and still adventure."

For Clint's second solo effort on Second State he brings us two big room jams. With the Throwing Stones EP he takes the same approach as he did with the previous Warpaint EP by going for two different vibes on either side of the record. 
On the A side we have 'Throwing Stones'; a peak time club tune perfect for dark spaces and strobe lights. With giant rolling sub bass, a heavy kick, crisp hi hats and crunchy hand claps the groove slowly grows into a big break with atmospheric chimes and vocal snippets. Soon you are lost in an ethereal break, but suddenly snapped back into reality as the bass changes and a single looping synth takes center stage creating a driving yet euphoric peak time floor filler. 
With the flip side, Clint goes for a warmer, uplifting tone with 'Come Undone'. Starting with finger snaps and a growing arpeggio, the vibe slowly builds as big toms and dreamy atmospherics introduce a massive sub bass line. As a shaker creeps up and another synth blends with the original arpeggio the beat finally drops. A solid four to the floor groove ensues and culminates into a wash of delayed chimes as the breakdown introduces the lead; an unforgettable brass line that is sure to have all the hands in the air at a sunny open air or a morning at the club.

HADE is a DJ and producer based in Cologne, Germany. Besides releasing footwork-inspired records as HADE + DWFL, and house, wave and disco mutations under his own name, HADE has played clubs and festival stages across Europe and the US alongside the likes of Hunee, Palms Trax, Jan Schulte, Phuong-Dan, Beesmunt Soundsystem, Elena Colombi and many more.

HADE also co-runs two club nights at Cologne’s Gewölbe, TIME TO: and Palms. In the past years, he helped launch Local Talk’s new sub-label Tune with the “Freek Tool” under his Theo Walbeck moniker, linked-up with Brooklyn’s Razor-N-Tape crew and released an EP of all-German edits on Berlin’s OYE Records. Most recently he started his show „Finds w/ Fiends“ with fellow selector Owns at Düsseldorf‘s Callshop Radio.

As a DJ and collector, HADE is fueled by a real passion for digging up German synth oddities, all things wave, dub and disco, under-the-radar raps, trancey wrong-speeders and Afro-Caribbean curveballs
