I was commissioned to write this piece for a video-art show by Sagit Aloni.
It is based on a poem about the Holocaust written by Sagit.

It is maid of seven entwined chapters:
Chaos - 00:00-00:55
Death - 00:55-02:00
Search - 02:00-03:03
Onward - 03:03-03:54
Journey - 03:54-04:47
Promise - 04:47-05:37
Conclusion - 0:37-06:33

This is probably the best virtual Oud ever made! 
This project also heavily relies on "Ancient Era " and the wonderful "Elysion" sample libraries.

Fun fact: This piece was composed 22 years ago when I was in the army. I was sitting on a sandy hill in the middle of nowhere, playing a worn out guitar that had only 4 strings.

My good brother in arms Amir, nicknamed "Bouras" (everyone in the army has a nickname) really liked that piece, and so I named it after him. Apparently he got that nickname because of his resemblance to a very large headed fish called Bouras :)
