Hailing Ishimura was formed in SouthEastern Virginia by Dom Hopson and Chris True in the winter of 2022. The band blends synthwave with Post-Rock influences to bring a unique sound with the overarching goal of telling a story informed by the music and using the listener’s mind’s eye. Having released three singles to date, there is certainly more to come from Hailing Ishimura.
