Luke, Andrew and Me playing some tunes.  I've done my best to calm down the messing about so apologies for the volume variations and cuts in audio and other nonsense.  We were just having fun and i was being a menace!  Wish i had more of it but remembering the various moments makes me happy!

Pool Party Set

I recorded this set back in September on the Wednesday after I'd been to Cocoon with Ricardo Villalobos & Zip(thanks Alice)and Carl Cox closing (where i fell in love with and spent half the night trying to chat up Monika Kruse)(thanks Josh) and then coxy afters (thanks Nilly).  I wasn't exactly in the greatest shape come 10pm and this set contains both one of my favourite tunes of the summer (that always had me dancing like Nina Kraviz and singing along even though i don't know what the (african) words are) and also the award for the most inappropriate track played contextually!  it also contains some ropey mixing but listening to it today i remembered that over half of these tracks i had never played before, using the couple of hours between parties to download them after a conversation with John Digweed about the fun of playing tracks you've never played before!  So a massive thanks to Carmello, Jimmy, Donald, Gerrard and all the family from Coolture that made my first residency feel like being part of a family!
