More Than Deep 2 - Hello Spring 2015

Argentinian producer Tiefstone @tiefstone presents his new EP ‘Kaelid / Advice / Hawkings’ under Univack. This release consists of three tracks that explore the essence of Progressive House with a melodic, deep, and atmospheric approach, designed to resonate both on the dancefloor and in a more introspective listening experience.

With a career marked by releases on prestigious labels such as Bedrock and Sudbeat, Tiefstone has consolidated a sound that blends elegance and energy. His dedication to innovation and his connection with the audience are evident in each of his productions.

In this EP, Tiefstone immerses us in hypnotic atmospheres and pulsating rhythms that invite both introspection and movement on the dancefloor. ‘Kaelid’, composed in collaboration with producers Zac @zac_djzac and Camila (Ar) @camilaarmusic , sets the journey in motion with immersive melodies and a solid rhythmic foundation. ‘Advice’ follows with a more introspective approach and sophisticated sound textures. Finally, ‘Hawkings’ closes with a hypnotic groove and ascending synthesizers, perfect for the most climactic moments of a set.

After a lengthy hiatus (he was last seen behind the decks in 2006), DJ ishtah - aka Haitham Asfahani - is back - the 90 minute sets are planted firmly in the deep house and nu-disco schools of musical thought, utilizing remixes of old tunes. The sets are part nostalgia for those of us who were partying in the 90s, and part happy-go-lucky ear candy for musical newbies. A musical veteran in every sense of the word, ishtah was pivotal to the World Trade Centre's Upstairs/Downstairs/Pomodoro nightlife scene, before going on to work with Tabasco, Sangria and Absolute. - ishtah reminds us why he was was a big player in the 90s.For the love of music .
