Dear Listeners,

I was quite honored when Conor Ellis gave me permission to remix his song Alive ft. Sarah Kingsmill. I was in awe. I appreciated the opportunity because I have never remixed a song. However, I didn't have intentions on remixing the song because I am not in this field of music. Along with the lack of knowledge, I had no ideas, no sound, and no inspiration. I went into FL Studio and started playing around with keys. I then made a mistake and clicked the Soundtrack preset when I was in Sytrus and the sound inspired me. I was nervous that it wouldn't turn out okay or that I wouldn't like it, but Conor and a few other artists helped me produce the sound that I wanted and guided me into this new realm of music. I enjoyed working on this song a lot and have a new respect for this genre. I would again like to thank Conor Ellis for this opportunity. Not only did I learn new things about EDM, but I am now developing into a real artist. Thank You for your support. If you haven't heard the original, make sure you go check it out.
