While EDM heads scream at you to get ready for the drop, and rappers are busy bangin bitches, thank god for our boys from Perth, Crooked Colours, who just want to feel your bones.

Taking off from where they left us with Come Down, In Your Bones is tight like prom night but with the swagger of a senior, combining tuned percussion with smooth as silk vox and a lil flex of their synth muscles as the track progresses…..some might call this a slow burner, we call it the sound of Crooked Colours.

On the remix front, first up we have Chiefs who take the original and rinse it in Jamaican vibes, speaking of…Switzerland's Trinidad take the beauty of the original and soak it in the warmth of luscious house music, a huge favorite of us here at Sweat, but they're all our children which means we have equally massive love for turntable wizard Sampology, who keeps the tropical vibes going with his mix as well as Club Sweat bad boys Boot Action who dish up a house chugger that gives the right amount of grunt for the clubs (maybe not the EDM heads…but hey…).

With the OG already getting lots of love on the radio stations that know what's up, Crooked Colours look set to be feeling a few bones this year.

Out in the sticks of Bulgaria in a tiny remote village. My mum bought this house 16 years ago, you can see her pottering around tending to the overgrown garden. Settled in the falling down barn, I played a nice mix of ambient electro, UKG, breaks and house for her and all of the insects.
